Protein stuffed pancakes is filling after a workout. If you don not have protein powder, you can flour instead. Söta Saker blog has the theme weekend at her blog, so these pancakes are my contribution.
Raspberry-Banana
Protein Pancakes

scoop banana protein powder
0,5
dl raspberries, mashed (1/4 cup)
pinch
of salt
topping
quark
raspberries
Mix
all the ingredients for the pancakes together. Fry pancakes in a heated skillet
with coconut oil on both sides until golden brown. Top with quark mixed with
raspberries.

Blanda
alla ingredienser för pannkakorna ihop. Stek pannkakorna i en varm stekpanna
med kokosolja på båda sidor tills de är gyllenbruna. Toppa med kvarg blandat
med hallon.
