I had leftover sweet potato puree and an opened can of beans that needed to be used so I made these balls :) Season the batter with spices of your choice and I recommend to taste the batter as you go so you know when it's good. The batter should be able to be rolled into balls and I chose to roll them in sesame seeds, but you can omit them. If the batter seems too loose, add a little almond flour until you have a shapeable mixture. I baked mine in the oven, but you can fry them in the pan too.
Sweet Potato Bean Balls
1 dl sweet potato puree
1 dl cannellini beans
1-2 tbsp almond flour
2 tsp fiber husk
sambal oelek
garlic powder
salt
black pepper
for coating sesame seeds
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a hand blender. Season to taste. Form the batter with wet hands into balls and roll them in sesame seeds. Put them on a baking sheet lined with oiled parchment paper. Bake in 180 C for 20 minutes.

vitlökspulver
